Live across the globe! 🌍

Today, we begin broadcasting live to over 3,000 delegates across EMEA and AMS, with 300 sessions running throughout a focused employee training event. 👀

EMEA will be presenting to in-house delegates in Rotterdam, with Laura there to support and ensure everything runs smoothly. 📹

AMS presenters will dial in remotely and broadcast centrally from our virtual studio here in the UK, with Dan and Patrick overseeing. 💪🏼

Dozens of critical moments that need to land perfectly. ⁠

Last week, we partnered with RS to deliver RS Connect 2025 at the Coventry Building Society Arena. ⁠

One build day.⁠
One gala dinner and awards.⁠
Two live days of connection, learning, and discovery.⁠

It brought together RS teams, customers, and exhibitors, creating a space for conversations that move businesses forward. ⁠

Solutions explored.⁠
Products showcased.⁠
Ideas shared. ⁠

Behind the scenes, our role spanned an integrated event app, badge kiosks, health & safety, full exhibition management, two set & stages, rehearsal management, and more.⁠

It was our final big live event of the year, and a brilliant way to wrap up 2025. ⁠

At the Leeds Met Hotel last week, we supported RS PRO as they hosted their first Supplier Event. ⁠

It was a moment driven by a simple belief - ⁠

✨️ Powerful partnerships drive progress⁠
✨️ Shared purpose builds momentum⁠
✨️ Transparency strengthens trust⁠
✨️ When people align, growth follows⁠

We helped bring together 150 attendees for a full-day plenary, conversations that mattered, and an awards session that celebrated the people behind the progress. ⁠

A day designed to elevate RS PRO and its supplier network to their next chapter of growth.⁠

What happened when we delivered our first exhibition stand for RS UK & Ireland. 💫⁠

Last week, GP was at the PPMA Show to deliver our first exhibition stand design for RS UK&I at the NEC. ⁠

Working closely with the RS team, we developed a stand that was:⁠

✨️ Inviting and impactful - a 7m x 7m (49sqm) space designed for delegate engagement.⁠

✨️ Product-focused - showcasing RS processing and packaging machinery.⁠

✨️ Consistent and cohesive - aligning with our designs for RS European stands⁠ for brand consistency between shows.

One chance. Every two years. You make it count. ✨️⁠

This week, we've been busy in Bournemouth, installing our latest stand design for Siemens Healthineers at Symposium Mammographicum, a specialist bi-annual healthcare conference hosted at the Bournemouth International Centre. (Which we got to see in full summer mode!)⁠

With one opportunity every two years to connect with this audience, the intention was clear: make it impactful. ⁠


Our stand was designed to:⁠

✨️ Maximise the 8 x 3m space⁠

✨️ Build on previous successes with this event⁠

✨️ Showcase key products including B-brilliant, B-Smart, Ultrasound Sequoia and MiniTom scanners⁠

✨️ Create a clean, warm and welcoming environment⁠

✨️ Enable full demo workshop space on-stand⁠

✨️ Reflect breastcare awareness through subtle pink lighting and coordinated team uniforms⁠

The show is now closing, but looking forward to catching up with the Siemens Healthineers team soon for a debrief!

Last Thursday, we were back at The Peninsula Hotel and Residences for the BREEAM Awards 2025, a black-tie celebration of world-leading sustainable projects and the people behind them.⁠

With over 200 guests in the room, we worked alongside the fantastic BRE team to bring the event to life, supporting with - ⁠
