This Picture is just a reminder from how things started.
In 2007 I left my job up as a teaching assistant in food technology and decided to get back into catering, I started baking a few cakes and tarts for dad to take with him to the Market Drayton Market auction, to sell on his stall there.

In 2008 I starter selling cakes in Newport country market and a lot more icing sugar appeared. Along with desserts to local Pubs.

By 2013, We were catering for Birthdays, Anniversary's and corporate events, we even started the hospitality for Market Drayton Market and Barbers Rural at Newport Show all from home, The house was slowly being taken over with packaging, ingredients and catering equipment.

In November 2015, the Market Cafe came available for tender and we jumped at it, New years even 2016 was spent decorating the cafe, and we opened with very limited equipment on the 4th January 2016.

Well 10 years on and we still love the buzz of such a busy market day and working alongside the market Team with their daily sales and on farm sales , catering for hungry farmers every week along with catering for a lot larger events, this year we have had the pleasure of catering for some beautiful weddings, charity events (meeting Eddie the Eagle) and family celebrations.

Just seen this review, from a really special wedding that we had the pleasure of catering for earlier in the year,
Harriet Belcher I new when you asked us to cater for your big day , it would be so well organised from start to finish. As everything you have ever done before, speedshears, easter smashup, ( to name a few,) but this would even top those fabulous events, and it did. Harriet and Nic we wish you a fabulous future together and thank you for trusting in us xx

We have been a little quiet on social media, as most of you no I'm not good at promoting myself.
Over the last eight days we have catered for two fabulous charity evenings, a memorial, a corporate buffet, and a sunday lunch. Along with supplying hungry farmers at our Grazers cafe.

What a tremendous night we had on Sunday night at our charity do ♥️

There was feasting, and drinking and dancing (and a bit more drinking!!!! Who put Katie in charge of the drink?!)

Thank you to everyone of you who bought tickets, joined us on the night and generously donated to our promise auction - some "popular" auction lots even sold twice 😆

You helped us raise over £8000 for Midlands Air Ambulance - such a worthy cause.
