Just last week I was trying to force the first few peonies to open ready for a wedding and this week with all this beautiful sunshine they are popping open faster than I can snip them for bunches! I think peonies are the most flamboyant and romantic way to remind someone how much you love them but you have to be quick as sadly they are not cut and come again and will only be available for a couple of weeks.

The garden is grateful for the rain and the tiny plants seem to be growing by the hour. I'm looking forward to picking flowers for my first wedding of the season this week 💕
