Started the day with my favourite meeting of the month with the amazing Empower Her gang 🫶🏽
A room full of powerhouse women cheering each other on, sharing ideas, and lifting each other up - plus stunning food from the Old Curiosity Shop of course 😍☕️

Next stop: Kent Business Mastermind meeting 🧠✨
More inspiring conversations, brilliant business owners, and VERY yummy food platters… I’m sensing a theme here 😂

Then it was off to the horse for cuddles, fresh air, and a very slobbery kiss 🐎😂

Before heading home for some focused work and a client catch-up call to round off the day 💻✨

Days like this remind me how grateful I am to run a business that gives me flexibility, connection, and balance 🤍

Today I did something I haven’t done in years… I got my nails done 💅

For the last 5+years, I’ve always done my own gel manicures.

Can I do them myself? Absolutely
But this week? I’m time poor (off on holiday on Thursday!)

So instead of squeezing it in late at night or adding it to an already busy to-do list… I outsourced it.

Result?
✔️ Nails done in half the time
✔️ One less thing on my plate
✔️ A little bit of calm in a busy week

And that’s the point…

This isn’t really about nails….🤪

It’s about being a busy business owner. Just because you can do something yourself, doesn’t always mean you should. Sometimes the smartest move is outsourcing, so you can focus on what really matters (in business and in life).

Anyway, this was my Monday musings ✨ so if you’re feeling stretched and your to-do list is never-ending, maybe it’s time to hand a few things over…
