CANAPÉS

This canape station was set up just outside the wedding couples dining barn as the day itself turned out to be bright & warm. Guests helped themselves on arrival to one of my favourite canapés yet:

Locally shot deer carpaccio w/ foraged wild horseradish and an elderberry reduction on sourdough croutes. Really quite something.

and are such examples that feature a variety of fantastically themed spaces adding real special memorable oompf to couples days.

From fields with little amenity to marquees in parents gardens to all singing all dancing venues, there are not many environments we have not catered in!
