When you see our reviews, youâll often spot Ellie and Nicky getting the love â and rightly so. But behind the scenes, thereâs someone just as important making sure everything actually works⌠and thatâs Mel.
From your food orders through to service, Mel is the one making sure every guest gets exactly what they need â including allergens, dietary requirements, and all the personalised details weâre known for. She keeps the kitchen flowing, supports the chefs, and plays a huge part in keeping our 5 star EHO standards exactly where they should be.
She knows where everything is at all times (and we mean everything), organises rotas and payroll, resets spaces so the team stays sharp, and quietly keeps the whole operation running without fuss.
Sheâs the cog underneath the front of house â the one that holds it all together.
Mel works unbelievably hard. Picking up the small things, fixing the gaps, and making sure your day runs exactly how it should, even when you donât see it.
