Quiches made to order 8" round /deep filled with a rich creamy filling (not your regular eggy quiche)

£12 each unless otherwise stated
Serves 4 - 5 for 'meal size' or can be cut into 12-16 party 'buffet' pieces.

Cheese & Onion
Cheese & Tomato
Ham & Tomato
Quiche Lorraine
Mixed Vegetable (peppers/onion/spinach)

Feta/Roasted Red Pepper ( £1.50 extra)
Goats Cheese /Caramelised Onion (£2 extra )
Poached Salmon/Broccoli £2.50 extra

Can all be frozen as only use fresh ingredients.

Just a quick catch up to firstly apologise for the lack of content over the past few months.
Both my parents have been very poorly and I've been taking care of them and spending as much time with them both as I can.
Sadly my mum passed away on the 5th January and she is now at peace.
Today was her funeral and I had the greatest honour of preparing her celebration of life buffet. I know she would have loved it .... 'little sandwiches and cakes' she used to call them. Bless her 🥰🩷

Anyway here's a few photos of today's spread.
Thank you to Edwinstowe Community Cricket Club for letting me host it at their lovely venue at the last minute, due to our road being dug up!

It was lovely to see you all again.

Yesterday was a Wedding buffet for the Kilford family.
Home cooked meat, and quiche plus lots of homemade salads and a seafood platter for a knife and fork buffet.
Then for dessert homemade lemon cheesecake and Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake finished with chocolate dipped strawberries. Perfect for a summer gathering outside at their beautiful home!
This is not just catering, this is Pavilion Catering 😉 🍓
