Hi everyone 🙂

If you’re fancying any weekend treats, the bake fridge has been stocked up. I know things are starting to cool down a little but I still don’t think I can fill the shed without things melting just yet!

Still though! We have a smaller but no less delicious selection of freshly baked goodies!

🤎 Loaded Cookies – Thick, soft-baked cookies packed with chocolate, filled with indulgent centres and loaded with your favourite flavours.

🎉 Old School Sprinkle Cake – A light, fluffy vanilla sponge topped with sweet icing and colourful sprinkles. A proper nostalgic school dinner classic!

Perfect with a brew, as a weekend treat, or to share (if you can! 😋)

Well… you can’t win! 🤦‍♂️😂

The heatwave arrived, so we thought we’d do the sensible thing and put a gazebo up to keep everyone (and the cake shed!) a little cooler…

Then the wind decided it had other ideas. 🌬️💥

One big gust later and the gazebo launched itself into the air, flipped over the shed and completely destroyed itself! To add insult to injury, the wind also took our lovely pink sign with it.

Safe to say the weather has won this round. 😂

Don’t worry though we’re still OPEN as usual! 🍪💙

We’ll be back tomorrow with a fresh batch of our loaded cookies and homemade Biscoff Cheesecake Pots, so if you’ve been waiting to treat yourself, we’ll see you then!

We had some big plans for the shed this week with lots of tasty new treats, but this heatwave has had other ideas!

Even with the fridge, we don’t want to risk putting out products that won’t be at their best, so the shed is looking a little barer than usual for now.

There are still plenty of our cookies available, and we’ll be adding other items whenever we can safely do so throughout the week.

We’d much rather have a smaller selection of bakes that are perfect than a full shed of treats that don’t survive the heat.

Thanks so much for bearing with us, and we’re sorry it’s not our usual spread. As soon as the temperatures ease up, we’ll be back to filling the shelves with all your favourites! 💙🍪

We’ll be topped bits up where we can but there’s plenty of cookies, cakes and muffins still, so if you’ve been waiting for a sweet treat, now’s the perfect time to pop by! 🍪🧁🍰

And we’ve got a little bit of exciting news… Baked AF is now on Apple Maps! 🗺️🍎

🌞 We’ve got something new in the shed! 🌞

With the warm weather we’ve been keeping things a little quieter than usual and baking a reduced range to make sure everything stays as fresh as possible.

But… we were getting a bit bored! 😅 So we’ve been back in the kitchen trying out some new bakes, and we’re really excited to share them with you.

🍰 Coffee & Walnut Cake – made with chopped pecans through the sponge, layered with coffee buttercream and finished with crunchy walnuts on top.

🫐 Blueberry Muffins – light, fluffy and packed with juicy blueberries. My (in no way balanced) breakfast of choice.

🍫 Triple Chocolate Muffins – rich chocolate muffins loaded with chocolate chunks and topped some Cadbury Twirl.

We’ll be getting the shed fully stocked back up today with all your favourites alongside these new additions, so if you’re passing by, pop in and treat yourself!

🥵 WE SURVIVED… JUST ABOUT. 🥵

A massive thank you to everyone who still popped by during the heatwave.
❤️ We know it’s not exactly cookie weather when you feel like you’re the one being baked.

The good news? 🌥️ It’s cooled down a bit, the fridge is fully restocked, and today’s bakes are looking fresh and ready for you!

We’re already putting our heads together to make sure everything keeps looking (and tasting) its absolute best when the inevitable next heatwave rolls around. Britain can’t make its mind up, but we’ll be ready. 💪🍪

So if you’ve been waiting for temperatures that don’t melt your chocolate before you get home… today’s your day!

The Fridge is full, the Bakes are waiting. Just don’t leave them sat in the car… unless you fancy cookie soup.

So we’re still keeping our bake numbers a little lower than usual while this hot weather sticks around, but we’ll try to stock up as and when items sell ☀️🥵

The good news is that the fridge is fully stocked with some fresh bakes for the week ahead, including two brand new additions:

🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Blondie – £4.00
Rich vanilla blondie loaded with white chocolate, swirled with creamy cheesecake and homemade strawberry compote.

🐣 Crème Egg Cookie Pie – £4.50
A double chocolate cookie pie packed with Nutella and as many Cadbury Crème Eggs as we could fit inside!

A little extra love went into the Strawberry Cheesecake Blondie too. It was inspired by a weekend trip to School Farm in Retford, and all of the strawberries used in the homemade compote were hand-picked by us 🍓❤️

The shed is also stocked with our usual selection of fresh cookies throughout the week, so there's plenty to choose from while stocks last.

With the weather being warm but also wet, I’ve kept most of today’s stock into the fridge to keep everything at its best.

Still plenty of goodies available, they’re just chilling out in here instead of on the shelves today 🍪❄️

The sunshine is brilliant… but the brownies have filed a formal complaint. ☀️🥵🍫

To keep everything looking and tasting its best, I’ve moved as much stock as possible into our smaller bake fridge. So if the shed’s looking a little emptier than normal, don’t panic!

I’d rather have slightly fewer treats on display than brownies and blondies melting in this heat. Thanks for understanding, and enjoy the sunshine! 😊
