Let's talk about this 👇

I get it that flowers are expensive, but they are just so beautiful whether it be fresh or quality silks... I have always been a massive flower fan and the truth is at our wedding 12 years ago we sacrificed a 3 course sit down meal and opted for canapes, charcuterie table and wine tasting after the ceremony to be able to spend money on decor because thats what was important to me. ( I say me because Craig couldn't and still doesn't care about that stuff 🤣)

Everyone's priorities are different and just because you don't feel flowers are important to you doesn't mean that we and other florists are expensive...they just cost what they cost. Your also paying for someone's expertise making them, ordering them, conditioning them to keep them immaculate, boxing them up, delivering them and the consultations that go with it.

You can't compare what you can get off shein or temu with florists flowers...so please just bare that in mind x

Over the last few weeks ive seen lots of new couples, 2 things that I have noticed a shift in trends are..

1) massive gorgeous whopping engagement rings (very jealous by the way!)

& 2) the fact that people are opting for small 1 tiered wedding cake...

Maybe im way too traditional but I love a proper good wedding cake, I feel its a focal point of a wedding. Anyone else just not bothered about cake? Or do you still feel like you want something significantly traditional...I am just wondering that's all!
