Homemade Caribbean pattys available to pre-order for Thursday and Friday delivery this week. £3 each. Minimum order of 5.
These sell really quickly so dont leave it too late to put your order in. As I only take on 200 over the 2 days.

All Finished and set up for a wedding today,
god that was a tough couple of days work 🙈😪 230 desserts 💪🏾🙏❤️😍
They had mandarine and strawberry trifles,
Apple crumble custard pots with honeycomb syrup apples.
Cheesecakes -
Oreo brownie pots,
Mango cheesecake with English toffee biscuit base,
Sherbet lemon cheesecake pots,
Biscof cheesecakes pots,
Victoria sponge cakes,
Meringue nests with double cream and fresh fruit,
Cherry and plain scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam,
Custard cream all butter scottish shortbreads.

Hot buffet today for a funeral. hope the lovely lady had a beautiful send off and everyone enjoyed the food 🙏❤️
They had homemade lasagne, wedges & salad, chicken curry, boiled rice chips and garlic/coriander naan. Children had chicken dippers & goujons, chips/wedges & beans 😋❤️

BBQ Buffet for an 18th birthday party 🥳
They had quarter pounders, hotdogs, honey glazed bbq chicken pieces, loaded mac & cheese, jacket spuds, wedges, chilli, hot nacho cheese sauce, nachos, seasoned corn on cob, salad & coleslaw 😋😋😋👌🥳

Buffet yesterday for a birthday celebration 🎉🎉🎉🥳 Delivered and set up in their home 🏡 😀. With a loan of our tables it fit inside perfectly 👌 ❤️

Have done 4 buffets this weekend so far, all different but hard work in this heat 😪🥵 The children's buffet also had a hot pasta dish with garlic bread. Thanks for all.our bookings and keeping me busy. Hope everyone enjoyed there evenings and days a 70th for lovely lady Rose, a 65th for another lovely lady Julie.

A holy communion, she looked stunning 😍 and a party at Manchester aquatics where we just dropped the platters off to, so no pics of that 1. We really appreciate all of our bookings. Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

EDIT; Last chance for any last minute orders. Cant take anymore after midday today. After i go to collect the meat from the butchers ❤️👌Homemade Caribbean pattys available to order for delivery either Friday 6th or saturday 7th. These sell out very quickly so please get your orders in as soon as possible. I can only bake 200 over the 2 days👌❤️

Buffet today for the celebration of Clare and daves wedding. congratulations to you both 🎉🎉🎉 you looked beautiful clare 😍❤️
Some new desserts today I made them mango cheese cake pots, black cherry brownie pots, chocolate mousse & fruit tarts, profiteroles with dark chocolate and hazelnut & white chocolate sauce, meringue nests with fruit and strawberry trifles 😋😋😋
