To avoid disappointment on the day of your booking, direct vehicle access to your garden is required.
Having a gate to your garden does NOT mean you have direct access.
Our van must be able to park directly outside your property to safely unload the equipment.
❌ Parking at the top of an avenue
❌ Parking at the end of a walkway
❌ Parking in a cul-de-sac and carrying everything down the road
❌ Long carry distances to the garden
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with the amount of equipment we deliver, including flooring, LED furniture, speakers, lighting, accessories, and the party tent itself. Even with a full team, it is simply too much equipment to carry long distances safely.
We’re posting this to help avoid any surprises or disappointment on the day. If you’re unsure whether your property has suitable access, just send us a message with your address or a few photos before booking, and we’ll be happy to advise.
