Red for Remembrance

DUKINFIELD Town Hall is being floodlit in poppy red over the next few days as a tribute to the servicemen and women from Tameside who laid down their lives in the two world wars and other conflicts.

The Cafe in Stamford Park is open today from 10am -4pm with a reduced takeaway menu.

We are excited to welcome back our customers both old and new as we get ready to open the cafe in Stamford Park, Highfield Pavilion.

The Cafe will re open on Tuesday 21st July 2020 with a limited Takeaway menu only and Social Distancing restrictions in place.

For now the Function Room will remain closed but the toilet facilities are available with the recommended Social Distancing restrictions in place.

Please follow the guidance given to you by our staff members, we ask that wherever possible that face coverings be worn within our facilities.

We look forwards to seeing you all again.

Every year, during the month of June and across the globe, different events celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.

We’ll be celebrating too, and remembering the importance of inclusion and diversity!

Due to the ongoing situation and to comply with government advise on Covid-19, we have taken the unfortunate decision to cancel all events and meetings in all of our public buildings until the end of May 2020 but will continue until further advise from the government.

Come and join us at Stamford Park’s Family Fun Day on Sunday 28th April 2019. It’s free to attend and has lots of activities like the RSPCA Dog Show, Face Painting and a Climbing Wall. Highfield Park Pavilion Café will be open throughout the event.
