A celebration staple❣️

Trifles are traditionally served in a footless glass bowl or a “trifle bowl” specifically to show off the distinct, colourful layers🤩

So what does each layer contain?👀

The Top: A thick layer of whipped cream topped with fresh raspberries, chocolate shards, and a dusting of cocoa and gold🧡

The Middle: A generous layer of custard. Some call this the best bit!💛

The Bottom: This usually consists of sponge cake (sometimes soaked in sherry or fruit juice) and fruit jelly. Here you can see the dark red peeking through the patterned glass at the base❤️

Well it’s all over !!!
Manchester Maccabi Community & Sports Club summer 2025!!! 🏆🥇🏅🏵️

We had hundreds of children
aged between 5-12
come over the door to learn how to be a good cook & make some yummy food for their lunches and afternoon tea treats to take home for all their family 😋😋😋

This week we made crispy homemade pizzas with loads of exciting toppings. The children got to eat their own creations… some with extra chilli sauce
We made hot pasta bakes and toasted wraps, pretzel buns and amazing challahs ( watch out Addleman 😂)
and a huge list of yummy cakes and desserts!
