What started as a simple love for beautiful moments has grown into 5 years of planning, designing, coordinating, problem-solving, late nights, early mornings, happy tears, deep breaths, and countless unforgettable memories.

A Massive Thank you

Our opulent Christmas Gala transcended all expectations. It was a huge success made possible by our fabulous guests and the dedicated team who worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life.

Beyond a glamorous decor and captivating tablescapes, the orchestration of a high-end event demands meticulous dedication and the collective effort of the team truly made the event memorable.

Despite the challenges we faced, from late-night calls to countless emails, every moment was worth it. Coming together in prayer during difficult days gave us hope and strength.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who played a part. Your presence and support were instrumental in making this gala extraordinary. We’re already gearing up for the 2024 edition, promising an event that’s even bigger and better.

I am so excited to take you on a series of how I planned our recent opulent wedding shoot.

I've been meaning to do this series for some time but it just wasn't the right time. But now it is!

This shoot has been making its debut on our feeds for several months now and it's time to share the scope of how it all came together.

As a planner as much as I love trends, I always want to create my own, something that is innovative and unique for my couples.

I cannot wait to share with you everything; from the colour palette, the floral design, choosing the venue, and the best team that went above and beyond on the day.

I know this series will inspire you to go deeper into who you are, what you love, what ambience you're hoping to achieve for your wedding day and the experience you want to create for your guests.

How to plan your wedding step by step

1. Decide on where you want to get married. Is this in your local city, outside of the city or in a different country?

2. Choose a date that is significant to you. I recommend having three dates to allow flexibility. Bare in mind peak wedding season, bank holidays and major event dates which could affect availability as some places may be booked.

3. Decide on how many people you would love to have at your wedding. Will this include plus ones, kids or is it an intimate celebration for your closest and dearest

4. Research and hire a wedding planner. If you're someone who doesn't have the time, you don't know where to start with wedding planning, you are feeling overwhelmed, and there are too many options of venues and vendors to choose from then hiring a wedding planner within your budget is the best the way to go.

4. Determine your wedding budget. When you hire a wedding planner this is one of the first tasks you will work on before anything is donebecausr you cannot do anything until this is done.

5. Research your venue and attend venue site visits.

6. Design your dream wedding with your wedding planner and designer. This is the creative and fun part. Step outside of your comfort zone. Look beyond Instagram and Pinterest and design something unique and meaningful.

7. Book your top-priority vendors. This would be your photographer, videographer, caterer, florist, stationery, cake, furniture, venue stylist and production team.

8. Don't forget your dress, hair and makeup.

9. Book your food, cake tasting and hair and make-up trials.

10. Don't forget to take a break, relax, and have some fun in between planning. Wedding planning is a full-time job. Ensure you're enjoying the moments.
