2016 called. It reminded me of our first events, our first customers, and the start of The Flaming Hog.

My dad was a huge part of that beginning, and we continue to make him proud.

Rob, the original brains behind the operation, who greets me with a glass of wine after every shift. And Mum - the cheesecake queen and my biggest cheerleader. Fred & Alice, you're both amazing. Thank you.
