The last few weeks and months have been about what we are creating and how we’re evolving.
The conversations, decisions and the direction are at the forefront at the moment, and I find it so fascinating to speak to small business owners about the real-life juggle, getting the balance of things right. There’s no right or wrong way, it’s just such an admirable force because what goes on behind closed doors is just so mammoth and not always seen or valued. That goes for every single Founder and team member who has to do the jobs which are not necessarily pleasing 🥴 Or fulfilling, to ensure the cogs keep turning. This is the part of business that isn’t always seen, but it’s where everything starts to shift.
Florence & Vera is continuing to grow in a way that feels more considered, more refined, and even more intentional, while staying rooted in what we’ve always valued: creating meaningful, beautifully designed experiences. We can’t thank you enough for trusting us and choosing us and to the tremendous supplier network we have built, you’re a part of our family.
It’s about raising the standard and deepening the detail. We want to continue to deliver the kind of atmosphere people remember in abundance. We are all about experiences and creating those for our couples and clients alike.
