Bringing the colour to is always joyful, but with a team like this it’s the best way to spend a weekend!

Day 1 was all about the low frequency reds & pinks always pops in this suit and I softened it with a pastel pink- soft power, lots of nurturing energy.

Day 2 we went full high vibe in white for Jen and powder blue for me- by day 2 I’ve done a lot of talking so I went with throat energy to clear that communication and boost me through more talks & 1:1’s- it also matched the sky!

That’s the thing about intentionally selecting your shades- they can support you through your day whatever it has in store.

Working weekends…

So many people say, oh poor you, working again this weekend? And I usually just nod.

But what I really want to say is that I bloody love it! I get to travel the country… the world is on my vision board so that’s coming soon.

I get to bring colour to people’s lives, hear their stories and often bring a fresh perspective to what may have been greyscale existence.

I laugh with them, cry with them, hug a LOT and get to show off on a microphone - I mean basically I’m living my dream.

And I’m so grateful that I get to do all of this with my kids watching, taking it in, seeing what it’s like when mum steps into the unknown, trusts her instincts and lives her passion & purpose. Because you bet I’ll be cheering them all on to do the same.

Finding my voice again took a while….and recently I have found myself losing it again, keeping quiet, not saying the thing, muting myself.

It’s what we do when we hit overwhelm.. go smaller, retreat, recoil and blend into the darkness.

And I’ve found that women who feel like this, often live in a visual world of black, beige or grey, sometimes relying on their colourful social media feeds and digital devices for an instant dopamine hit.

How do I know? Because I’ve been there myself and helped thousands of women who have been there too. And I know how to step back into the sunshine when the dark clouds start to gather.

I’m here to flip it, to help you create a life so full spectrum that anything else is greyscale in comparison.
