On Saturday my Mum passed away peacefully with my devoted father by her side 🖤
I promised my mum I’d use any opportunity I have to educate people on her story.
My mum died of cancer, but it was actually Osteoporosis that robbed her of her life and left her in chronic pain for many years.
It’s hard to say , but In the end her spine was crumbling and the cancer was a blessing.
So Ladies…. Educate yourself on Oestrogen Deficiency, don’t let the doctor stop your HRT in your 60’s you are deficient for LIFE not just the menopause!
Share your reproductive health with your children and female members of your family, my mum had an early menopause, with that knowledge I have been able to make changes so that her future isn’t my future.
I’m no doctor, or guru or expert, just the daughter of a mother who deserved better. Take responsibility for your future health, educate yourself and use your knowledge as power. RIP Carole you absolute warrior🫶 Haylea Osborne Matthew Osborne
