Today's activities included a grounding walk, creative writing and art and craft time!

This time we'll be painting a NEW magical Starfall scene, inspired by one of the most beloved moments from A Court of Thorns and Roses, complete with shooting stars, Night Court magic and all the bookish vibes we've come to love!

The most beautiful Eid gift for little book lovers 🥹📚🌙

We were so kindly gifted this stunning series by and and these books are simply gorgeous.

The illustrations are vibrant and full of detail and the storytelling feels so warm, engaging and thoughtful from start to finish 🤍

The series follows a little cat around the three sacred mosques and it’s such a lovely way for children to connect with these special places. The visuals and interactive elements are amazing for little ones like Laith to explore while older children can properly engage with the stories, facts and question pages too ✨🐈

A really special little fact for our family is that Laith has already visited two of these beautiful sites and Zak & Rose have been blessed to visit all three Alhamdulillah 🥹🤍 It makes reading these together feel even more meaningful.

I love these books so much I’ve already ordered them for my niece and nephews for Eid next week too… shhh 🤫🌙

These would genuinely make such a perfect Eid gift ✨

A very special heritage art workshop inspired by the timeless beauty of Ottoman florals, birds and traditional decorative painting.

Think delicate flowers, rich colours, artist-grade materials, fascinating artistic history and the loveliest, most cosy atmosphere at Dhalia Café ☕🌿

They also happen to have an unreal halal Saturday roast available to purchase at the time of our class 👀

Together we’ll explore:

• Traditional Ottoman floral and bird motifs
• Historic colours, symbolism and design
• Painting techniques inspired by heritage art
• Working with gouache and watercolour-style painting techniques
• Creating your own beautiful artwork step-by-step

No experience needed at all. Just come ready for a gorgeous creative afternoon filled with art, culture, coffee and good conversation ✨
