Lomi Lohi is not like any other massage…..

It moves differently.
It asks something unique from the therapist delivering it — a quality of grounded presence, not just technique.

A sanctuary of safety, connectedness & nurture.

Slow, safe, present and aware.

This is what makes Lomi Lohi worlds apart from any other massage experience.

This is deep nervous system regulation.

Long, slow, continuous strokes that move like waves across the body, helping the nervous system & body soften and reset.

We live in a world that moves too fast.

People are exhausted, overstimulated, disconnected from their bodies.
Yet one of the most powerful medicines we have is something incredibly simple.
Human touch….

If your soul just jumped with joy at these words, connect with me, my booking link is in the bio,
Jo 🤍

I never planned on being a massage therapist.
It found me!

It began with a huge shift in my life then I trained in Reiki, this changed everything! I had always been deeply intuitive and this opened up a whole other dimension!

Needing to go deeper I worked tirelessly, on my own shadow work, self awareness and eventually training to Reiki Master. Along with many other holistic therapies including sound healing, which again was by accident but it opened up so much in me.

Sound healing when led by the soul, with a deep connection to the instruments, allowing the session to be channelled is quite literally out of this world! (I miss delivering sound it’s on my to do list to bring this gift back to you all)
It was in these sessions where I offered Reiki to finish, I was so drawn to the feet & the head. Wanting to learn more I trained in reflexology & Indian head massage. Holistic body Massage was a part of that course.

I had my assessments in the sacred lands of Glastonbury.
The moment I placed my hands on my model the most beautiful tears came from nowhere.
I’d connected not just with her body but with her soul.
It was a deep remembering.
It was ancient.
It was powerful.

This was it! This is what I’m destined to do.
To deliver unconditional & nurturing treatments to those whose souls are screaming out for it the most.
