The Haçienda has released 51 sets from its archive on Apple Music, including recordings from Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, and Armand van Helden.

The archive consists of 11 sets recorded at the legendary Manchester nightclub, and 40 more from FAC51 The Haçienda parties held following its closure in 1997 — dating from 1987 until this year.

Among the sets recorded live at The Haçienda are a David Morales mix from 1992, a Frankie Knuckles set from 1994, and a recording from Armand van Helden's performance at the nightclub in 1995.

The mixes provide a unique snapshot into the heyday of one of dance music's most foundational nightclubs, with unique moments such as an edit of Blondie's 'Atomic' from Armand van Helden, Knuckles' utilisation of Barbara Tucker's iconic 'Keep the Fire Burning', and Mike Pickering's drop of LL Cool J's 1987 track 'I'm Bad'.
