A huge thank you to every single person who showed up and celebrated with us this past Saturday, there’s no way we could’ve done it without your support.
The world is a scary place for trans people right now, but last weekend showed that we have so much love and joy as a community, and no one can take that away from us.
To our wonderful workshop and talk leads, thank you. You brought people together through crafts and dance, and you shared your invaluable knowledge with those who needed it, and we can’t express how grateful we are.
To our amazing volunteers, your hard work was everything we needed and more. You were march stewards, safety points, medics, shuttle buses, and anything else we needed you to be. Thank you so much, we couldn’t have done any of this without you and your want to help.
And to our community, thank you for trusting us with such an important event. Your faith, kindness, and willingness to throw yourselves into everything we had planned meant the world to our small team of trans folks who want to make a difference. We are with you, and it’s clear after this weekend that you are with us too.
