No regrets though... Since returning to work in December, every spare minute I have had has been spent with my not so little one (why do they grow up SO FAST?!) watching him absorb the world.⁠

And, although I kept thinking 'Gosh, I need to get back onto social media and engage with my lovely followers’, I never quite made the time as all I really wanted to do was watch him eat ice-cream, build and knock down blocks, play in his toy kitchen or run around after the cat with some Dreamies clenched in his little fist, absolutely determined to give them to her while she, equally determinedly, hid in despair 😹⁠

But I also do really want to be back here. Because teaching you, inspiring you and watching you grow in your confidence as you learn how to make your very own is a beautiful feeling and not one that I want to say goodbye to anytime soon.⁠

So, here I am. During his Sunday afternoon nap I'm finally at my laptop, planning my Big Day Plans and I can't wait to reconnect with you all.⁠

DIY wedding decor doesn’t get much more awesome than this 👇

Now, you can even make the wooden frame! Yep, I’ve worked with long time friend and collaborator Jaime of to create plans for your very own rustic wooden frame, designed to display my magnificent, DIY large macramé wedding backdrop P-E-R-F-E-C-T-L-Y 👌❤️

The backdrop can be hung from anywhere but this frame really shows it off in all its rustic charm and is completely freestanding as well!

Designed by Jaime and made by me using only basic tools from my own toolkit, I can 100% guarantee that this frame can not only be made at home, but is sturdy and strong - as demonstrated by Jaime doing some pull ups 🤣🏋️‍♂️.

The plans are being written up and finalised and will be available from my website and Etsy, hopefully, within the week!
