On Saturday 29th November our Tea Dance will feature duo Roswell Road - www.roswellroadmusic.com/listen Tickets are £25 each including evening meal, pre-booking required.
On Sunday 30th November our Open Day will be 10-3pm, free entry, no need to book. Dogs on leads welcome. Homemade cakes and refreshments, music from the wonderful Parkulele Players from midday.

We have our Tea Dance this Saturday 25th October and Open Day on Sunday 26th October.
Our Tea Dance features Wayward Jane (www.facebook.com/waywardjane/ and requires pre-booking. Tickets are £25 each including evening meal, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. The evening runs from 5.30 - 8.30pm.
Our Open day is from 10am - 3pm. Free entry, no need to book, dogs on leads welcome. There are homemade refreshments available (cakes, soups, stew, toasties) and music from the wonderful Parkulele Players from midday: www.facebook.com/parkulele/

Thank you Norman Redhead for providing a talk for the Mellor Archaeological Trust in the Tea Rooms last Sunday reflecting on evidence of activity at Mellor Old Vicarage over the past 8000 years. It was lovely to see the interest in the site and recent publication.

Thank you Ollie Cook of Civic Heritage for providing a talk in the Tea Rooms last Sunday on the recent Roman archaeological dig in Manchester. It was fascinating to hear what lies so close beneath the streets and amazing to see the finds up close. Thank you to everyone who attended the event - the first in a series organised by the Mellor Archaeological Trust.
