Facilitated a rewarding training session today attended by Toastmasters Old and new.
The newest being my good friend Shivi, who was inducted as a full member today in front of an assessment panel, as I did to gain a Professional qualification. It means you can be confident in knowing when you book me or another Toastmaster from our federation you are getting someone trained, insured and part of a federation with a combined experience of many years

Travelling into Town for a day with the Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies Federation. Facilitating a training day, followed by new member interviews and then the AGM. Be great to catch up with fellow members and see the new president ordained.

When I get asked why I’m a toastmaster, why do I leave home at 6.30am to return at 10.30pm that night having done over 14k steps.
This is the reason why, to make people’s day better and memories that never go.
We were so thankful for your presence yesterday. Being able to turn to a capable problem solver was extremely calming. No challenge was too difficult for you, you simply solved the problem or completed the task, and that made our day so much easier to enjoy!
You made sure our guests were ready for the many, many, group photos and you came with us for the photography around the grounds, drinks and umbrella in had, really very helpful!
You were friendly and entertaining on the mic, kept the crowd engaged and clear on what was going on.
What more can we say? Your hard work made our day better for everyone involved.
And finally, thank you for the kind gift, we will treasure it.
