Thank you to everyone who tuned into Good Morning Britain this morning and everyone who has reached out since. Absolutely inundated and I promise I’ll reply to people when I can, it’s a very busy few days for us. 📺 🙏🏼 ❤️

To get airtime on national TV to advocate for ADHDers and people who have Tourette’s of all generations, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, alongside their families, schools and teaching staff is a massive deal and having a huge positive impact. Hopefully this will give some hope, aspiration and inspiration to so many young people and their families going through this right now. 💪🏼

Kate Garraway was absolutely lovely and really understood the conversation through her own personal family experiences. I’ve already asked if she would ever come to one of my talks later this year and she said she would absolutely love to.

This is why I keep pushing forward raising my voice for those who finding speak up difficult and are perhaps suffering in silence. More awareness. More understanding. More empowering conversations around ADHD, AuDHD, RSD, education and Tourette’s which will hopefully change the narrative about these conditions. That’s the end game.

Watching Ryan go through this was terrifying.

His body shut down. He couldn’t move. He had a life threatening seizure.

All from a prescribed medication increase.

He’s now recovering, but we want people to understand how serious this can be.

Now we’ve received the official invitation, we’re incredibly proud to finally share that Ryan has been invited to this year’s Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace, hosted by His Majesty King Charles III 🇬🇧

What started for Ryan at such a young age as a true passion to make a positive difference to the world… has grown into something even more truly meaningful.

This invitation is a powerful recognition of all Ryan’s voluntary work supporting thousands of young people and their families, working alongside charities, and impacting communities nationwide raising awareness, educating, changing perceptions, and giving a voice to those who often feel unheard.

To have that work acknowledged at this level is something that means more than words can express. We are deeply humbled.

Proud. Grateful. Truly honoured. 🙏🏼

🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨👇🏼

I’m delighted to announce the first stops on my brand new You, Me & ADHD Tour for ADHD Awareness Month this October. 💛

Over the past few years I’ve spoken to thousands of students, teachers and families across the UK, sharing my lived experience and helping raise awareness around ADHD, neurodiversity and mental health which is having a huge positive impact within communities. Some of these dates are public sessions too for anyone to attend and get support.

This campaign is completely voluntary and self-funded by myself with no ulterior motives or hidden agendas it’s just driven by a passion to help young and their families people feel understood, confident and supported with SEND and ADHD and fully comprehend their conditions and others peoples.

📍 We’re now looking to add more venues across the North West and Midlands of England so please comment below where you’d like to see Ryan go next.

£6 BILLION.
That’s the SEN deficit in our education system.
Six. Billion. Pounds.

And yet every week I walk into schools for free. Voluntarily. Giving my time, my energy, my lived experience of ADHD to help children who are drowning in a system that keeps telling them they’re “too much”, “too difficult”, or “not fitting the box”.

So I have to ask the question no one in power seems willing to answer:

Where is all this money actually going?

Because it’s clearly not reaching the children.

It’s not reaching the parents.
It’s not reaching the teachers who are burnt out, under-trained, and begging for support.

And it’s definitely not reaching the kids with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, trauma, or additional needs who are being quietly failed every single day.

I have ADHD.
Not a textbook version. Not a buzzword. The real, messy, exhausting, brilliant, misunderstood kind.
I know what happens when the system doesn’t understand you, it labels you instead.

It medicates you before it listens.
It measures you with tools that were never built for your brain.

And here’s the part that really stings:

The people with lived experience parents, neurodivergent adults, teachers on the ground are doing the educating for free, while billions disappear into a system that refuses to educate itself.

We don’t need more paperwork.
We don’t need more panels discussing children they’ve never met.
We don’t need another reshuffle, rebrand, or report that gathers dust.

We need understanding before intervention.
We need training before judgment.
We need human beings before budgets.

Because SEN isn’t broken due to lack of money alone. It’s broken because of misplaced priorities, fear of change, and a system designed around compliance instead of compassion.

If I and thousands like me can show up voluntarily and make a difference with nothing but honesty and lived experience, then don’t tell me £6 billion can’t be accounted for.

This isn’t a funding problem.
It’s an accountability problem.
It’s an education-the-educators problem.

And until the system learns to listen to the people living it. Children will keep paying the price for adult ignorance.

Make it make sense. 👊🏼❤️🎗️
