We're looking for a PART-TIME, FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR, to join the team at Sun & Salt
👉The role:
Part time, front of house supervisor
20hrs per week, evenings & weekends.
Opportunity for additional hours through peak trading periods
👉What you'll do:
Oversee daily front of house operations across all sections of the restaurant.
Lead the front of house team by example, ensuring exceptional customer service for all guests, high standards of cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
Work across all areas of the front of house team (Coffee, bar, food service)
Co-ordinate with the kitchen team to deliver an efficient and smooth service on a daily basis.
Train & develop junior team members and suggest operational improvements to further improve service
Run front of house service in the absence of senior management
Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a constructive manor
👉Who we're looking for
You'll ideally be a front of house team leader already, or a key team member in your current establishment looking for a step up
Minimum 1-year hospitality experience, Coffee shop, bar & restaurant experience strongly preferred
Strictly 18+
Passionate about food, drink & great service
Confident leading a team, delegating responsibilities and solving problems
Able to work well under pressure, in a busy restaurant environment
