Hi Alethea,

Kev and I wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Becca and all the staff who helped in the lead up to our wedding and on the day - nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled seamlessly.

We had the most wonderful time becoming Mr and Mrs Sharp at C**k O'Barton, the venue was the perfect choice for our day and how we wanted it to be. The food was outstanding, we had so many lovely comments from our guests. Thanks again, and we look forward to coming back to celebrate our anniversary!

Alethea,

Wow! We cannot thank you enough for all your help and support and for making our dream a reality. We could never have imagined getting married anywhere but the COB and from the first meeting we were sure this would be out of our last minute budget and reach, but no, you worked your magic and we never could have imagined we could have had a day like we did. For this we thank you.

Jane. To have Jane run our wedding was special in itself given she is also a friend of ours. She was amazing as always and I knew I could just sit back and enjoy the day. Just to have her smiley face greet me before the ceremony with some calming words was exactly what I needed. Jane is Jane and my words cannot express how amazing she was or how happy I was that she was part of our day!

Emma
We have met her so many times on our visits to the COB and have always been met with smiles and lovely conversations. She introduced herself as taking over from Jane in the evening and wow.... What a girl! The attentiveness she showed not only us but my grandparents to was out of this world. They wanted for nothing. For this we can't thank her enough. Emma checked in to see if we needed anything regularly, chatted with the guests and just wore a smile all evening. Again, my words don't seem to do her justice!

Liam. We have known Liam since he was young and we can't tell you how impressed we were that he ran the outside bar solo all day/night. He had such a professional, calm composure and nothing fazed him. He made cocktails, provided shots, and even talked to and entertained those who were waiting to be served. He was brilliant to watch and several people commented on how good he was.

Becca. Just all round smiley and lovely and wouldn't let me help clean up 😂 Was lovely to have a minute chatting with her and Emma at the end of the evening.

I know there were so many other people involved in making our day run so smoothly and making it what it was including the kitchen staff, waiting on team and the bar staff in the main pub and we can't thank them all enough.

From the planning, the food, the drinks, the venue, the staff, the rooms, the vibe, the ex*****on..... It was just perfect.

THANK YOU COB!!!!!!

Hi Alethea and all at CoB

Our day was everything we ever dreamt of, and more, and so much of that was thanks to the dedication you put into helping us achieve the perfect wedding celebration over the last few years of planning.

We couldn't have been more delighted with the decorations which you so lovingly put together for us. Evereyone commented on how gorgeous the dining room and courtyard looked,

The food was spot on and the staff on the day couldn't have done any more to make sure everyone was happy, well-watered and having the best day!

We had so many specific requests with the twins also and really felt like everyone, of all ages, was totally looked after from start to finish

Thank you for always having the answers and reassuring us along the way. The CoB has always been special to us and even more so now thanks to you and your absolute star of a superstar team! ⭐️
