What an amazing day Brands Hatch Circuit Festival Italia 2026 ! It was an honour for Louisa’s Honey to team up with Thermomix UK and Ireland to present the Italian Kitchen with our wonderful host Chef_John_Paul_Alberti and our incredible team of chefs Brands Hatch Circuit on Sunday! A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful team of chefs Thuy Hoang James Skelton Olayemi Abimbola Adelekan Forest | MasterChef 23 Quarter Finalist and Emma Mulholland Independent Thermomix Advisor 294310 Thermomix UK and Ireland cooking demo. All delivering spectacular Italian themed dishes featuring Louisa’s Honey and ingredients from the food market! Check out for the finished dishes 😋 All the cooking action took place in the heart of the iconic Brands Hatch Racetrack Brands Hatch Circuit ! A special day filled with joy, memories, great food and fast dream cars as a backdrop. The exciting cookery theatre is returning this year presented by Thermomix and Louisa’s Honey ! Featuring a lineup of talented chefs contestants Thuy Hoang , James Skelton , Olayemi Adelekan Forest Kwok and Great British Bake-off star Nicky Laceby . All showcasing spectacular Italian dishes. Each culinary creation highlights Louisa’s Honey – the award-winning “Real Nectar of Italy” – and what’s more a special cooking demonstration with .inthemix using the state-of-the-art Thermomixer. I Have a great PRIZE Giveaway for the Tonbridge Wells taking place 5th-7th July at Dunorlan Park. I will be in the chefs Theatre on Saturday at 12 and would love to see you there. They have a great line up of entertainment over the weekend. To be in a chance to win tickets follow myself and and tag someone in the comments in who you’d like to go with.
