Thamesmead Festival 2026 - Friday 7th and Saturday 8th August

What an incredible weekend we had at Thamesmead Festival 2026!

We were proud to be part of this fantastic community event, supporting the delivery of a brilliant day filled with live music, entertainment, creativity, family activities and plenty of community spirit.

A huge thank you to Shaun Coombs for having Total Event Solutions involved and for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a fantastic event.

A massive well done to the entire Total Event Solutions team for all your hard work, professionalism and dedication in helping make the event a success. Your efforts behind the scenes don’t go unnoticed and we’re incredibly proud of the team! And of course, a huge well done to everyone involved in making the festival such a success! The organisers, performers, volunteers, suppliers and all the event teams working hard behind the scenes.

Another fantastic day on the streets of London! Standard Chartered Great City Race - Tuesday 21st July 2026.

We were proud to support the Standard Chartered Great City Race, helping ensure the event ran safely and seamlessly from setup through to the finish line.

Events like these take months of planning and an incredible team effort behind the scenes. We're grateful to play our part in delivering memorable experiences.

What a fantastic day for the Total Event Solutions team supporting the Nelson Mandela Day Celebrations in Trafalgar Square on Saturday 18th July.

It was a privilege to be part of such an inspiring event, celebrating the legacy of Nelson Mandela and bringing people together in the heart of London.

A special thank you to EnTEEtainment for having us and for the opportunity to be part of such a memorable occasion. We also want to thank everyone involved in making the day such a success. We're proud to have played our part and look forward to supporting many more memorable events.

What an incredible day at the Saucony London 10K Sunday 12th July 2026.

A huge thank you to Motiv Sports for having Total Event Solutions as part of such an amazing event. It was a pleasure to support another fantastic race and help create a memorable experience for everyone involved.

A massive well done to every single runner who took on the Saucony London 10K! Whether you were chasing a personal best, running for charity or simply enjoying the atmosphere your determination and achievement are something to be proud of. A special shout-out to one of our Office Planners, Parris who swapped planning for running Sunday and completed the London 10K alongside her husband.

A big thank you to our hardworking team for all their dedication and effort throughout the event. You are all amazing!

On Saturday 4th July, the Total Event Solutions team was proud to support the Sidney Lawrence Cup.

Held in memory of Sidney Lawrence, the tournament celebrates his legacy by bringing communities together through football, inspiring young people, and promoting teamwork, inclusion and positive opportunities for all.

Our team was on hand throughout the day, providing event support and helping ensure everything ran safely and smoothly. It was fantastic to see so many players, families, volunteers and supporters enjoying a brilliant day of football and community spirit.

A special thank you to Eartha Pond and Westminster City Council for having us as part of this fantastic event.

A massive well done to the TES team for all your hard work! We're proud to have played our part in such a meaningful day and can't wait to support more events that bring communities together.
