A quiet moment on the Thames this morning 🌅

The river has its own rhythm at this time of year – Fast yet misty, peaceful, and just a little damp underfoot. While the decks may be too wet for welcoming guests right now, we’re very much here, looking after The Georgian and enjoying these calm winter moments.

There’s something special about the river when it’s just us and the early light.

On Tuesday, we had a wonderful day out on the Fish & Chip Cruise with The Windsor & Maidenhead Boat Company. The sun was shining, the company was fantastic, and the fish and chips were delicious. The boat was spotless and comfy, and the staff were courteous and caring. A truly lovely outing all around! 🛥️🐟🍟💕

Next trip up is Eastbourne on the 22nd July.
