Are you getting married this spring?
April, May & June are always busy, so.................... if your dress requires alterations it really is a good idea to get booked in with a seamstress as soon as possible.
If time permits I am happy to do a consultation first. The fittings can be put in the diary in advance, so everything can get sorted for your Big Day!

Wedding Season 2023 is winding down, it's been a busy year! I have had the pleasure of working with some wonderful Brides and Maids.
I wanted to offer some friendly advice to any Brides to be who are thinking of buying a sample dress or pre-owned.
Most dresses can only be taken down by 2 sizes at most successfully, any more and the bust seam lines, shoulders, sleeves, etc. are all thrown off balance.
There of course may be the odd exception to this rule but before buying always check with an independent seamstress first.
Also many ladies assume having a Wedding Dress Designed and made to measure will cost the earth x 2! It doesn't, you can always call me or book a no obligation appointment to find out.

A lady called Brenda left a voice mail last week whilst I was away for a few days. It was an inquiry for alterations for a September Wedding.

So Wedding Season is kicking in! May is looking to be really busy in 2023. Plus 5 to 6 Bridesmaids seems to be popular too!
'Organised' is the key word in my opinion. If you require alterations to your Wedding Dress, Bridesmaid dresses, Mother of the Bride, etc. It really is advisable to book in as soon as you can. The appointments can be booked in advance.
