Next Saturday I am hosting a free event at Bourne End library. I will be providing short talk and discussion about my recently published book “50 Exercises for Older Adults”.
I’ve rented a nice room and the garden where there will be free drinks and refreshments.
My previous event in Cookham was a great success and so I’m sure this will also be a lovely afternoon:)
