Burns Night takes place on 25th January each year to celebrate the life and legacy of Scotland’s National Bard, Robert Burns.
It’s a time to enjoy Scottish traditions with a classic combination of haggis, neeps, tatties and sometimes a warming dram. The night is often accompanied by entertaining recitals of some of Robert Burns famous work.

Oxalis triangularis, commonly known as false shamrock, is a species of perennial plant in the family Oxalidaceae. It’s one of our most popular houseplants here in the glasshouse due to its gorgeous purple foliage and pretty summer flowers. It’s easy to care for and can even be grown outside in light shade.
