This week we bring you a fresh and vibrant Alfresco menu as the summer has officially started.

Enjoy our chipotle marinated slow cooked beef. The rich tender beef is cut through with our zingy homemade chimichurri sauce.

Or succulent chicken breast with crispy chicken skin, with our 2 Gold Star Tennessee BBQ sauce.

Vegetarians can enjoy our marinated pan-fried halloumi steaks with our 2 Gold Star Tennessee BBQ sauce.

Finally, fish lovers will be treated with almond crusted seabass with our zingy homemade chimichurri sauce.

All the mains are complemented minted new potatoes, heirloom tomato & mozzarella salad, grilled peaches with rocket and homemade slaw.

You can now collect from us from 1pm till 7.30pm on the Friday at SL6 2DT with a £1.50 discount applied to your orders for collection.

May 23rd - Dublicious Delivers – A Taste of Malaysia

This week we are back to Southeast Asia with our popular Malaysian food celebration.

Our rich Beef Rendang is made with chunks of free-range beef, cooked to perfection in a spiced coconut & stock sauce which is reduced to a thick sticky glaze and topped with roasted coconut.

Or a succulent chicken supreme with homemade spicy satay peanut sauce.
For our vegetarian guests we have a Tofu and Asian Vegetable Rendang, rich with spices and coconut.

For our fish option this week we are offering a King Prawn Laksa, a broth enhanced with coconut milk, king prawns, homemade laksa curry paste with onions, garlic and chilli.

All dishes are served with lovely coconut rice with lime leaves, a spicy mango & shallot salad, watercress blanched with a sambal chilli sauce and wholemeal flatbreads.

Dublicious Delivers – May 16th – Spanish Night

Bask in the wonderful sunshine as we bring the dazzling tastes of Spain to you this week.

We are serving stunning slow cooked pork joint, cooked until melt in the mouth with smoked chorizo. Served with a fragrant homemade chimichurri sauce with red wine vinegar, parsley and chili to cut through the richness of the pork.

Or enjoy a succulent chicken breast supreme with smoked chorizo. Served with a fragrant homemade chimichurri sauce with red wine vinegar, parsley and chili and chickpeas.

A succulent fillet of pan-fried cod will be served on a bed of spinach and dressed with smokey pimenton, toasted pine nuts and plump raisins.

Vegetarian guests can enjoy a Spanish style Empanada, filled with wilted spinach, pine nuts, sheep’s milk cheese and raisins.

All dishes will be served with potatoes with cured ham and piquillo peppers, charred spring onions with homemade romesco sauce and sliced sourdough with a tomato & garlic salsa.

Savour the flavours of France this week with our last comforting stew before the summer season menus.

Melt in the mouth free range beef cooked in a rich red wine jus with pearl onions and pancetta for a true French classic.

For our fish option this week we are offering a delicious French style fish stew made with cod, hake and monkfish, a white wine & parsley sauce, and garlic aioli.

May 2nd - Dublicious Delivers - A Taste of the Caribbean

All we need is the soft white sand under our feet this week to match the lovely sunshine, as we are taking your taste buds to the Caribbean.

Enjoy our slow cooked curry goat with warming spices and rich coconut sauce.

Or our take on ‘Reef’ chicken with a succulent chicken bread with a sticky dark rum & molasses sauce.

Our vegetarian option is Jerk Jackfruit, blending honey and tomatoes for a rich Jerk sauce with kick.

And finally, Tobagan Curried Prawns, large tiger prawns with warming spiced coconut sauce and a scotch bonnet hit.

All dishes are served with traditional rice & peas, a mango chow salad, pumpkin fritters and as with all Caribbean meals, a sweet & tangy slaw.

The wonderful world of spices & aromas of Indian cuisine will fill our kitchen and yours this week.

All our mains are accompanied by buttery lentil dal curry, gently cooked with a wonderful balance of mixed spices to tickle your taste buds. Basmati rice enriched with spices, sultanas and saffron, cauliflower masala samosa plus an irresistible garlic flatbread are the perfect sides.

For our mains select from our Goan lamb curry, with succulent lamb rump, coconut milk and homemade spice paste with mustard seeds, poppy seeds and mixed spices.

Or Kori Gassi Chicken Curry – with stunning chicken curry from the Manglore region with coconut, tomatoes, homemade spice powder, tamarind & turmeric.

For our vegetarian guests we will be offering a wonderful a paneer curry with a spinach & coriander Nilgiri korma sauce from the Chennai region.

And for fish lovers, we have lovely prawns with Goan style coconut, tomato and spices sauce or with the spinach & coriander Nilgiri korma sauce.

Dine alfresco with us this week with the delights of Turkish cuisine.

Our tender chicken breast is gently cooked with pomegranate, ufra and sumac then served with crispy chicken skin, coriander, pomegranate and yoghurt.

Lamb steak with mixed spice, glazed with pomegranate and dressed with coriander, pomegranate and yoghurt.

For our vegetarian guests, crispy panko feta, figs dressed with muscatel vinegar, roasted onions, pistachios and fresh herbs.
