As the Welsh Language Champion and one of the Growth Coaches on the Accelerated Growth Programme, at Business Wales, I'm so happy I get to support the amazing team at EvaBuild in Newtown. So very proud of what Lauren and the team have already achieved, they are such a hardworking and lovely team, they deserve nothing but the best.

Da i ddim! I failed miserably when it came to instruments! Trumpet, violin, piano...I was rubbish at them all!

That's one of many reasons I love working as the bilingual marketing consultant at Sinfonia Cymru - when I see them play, I'm always in awe! Honestly, if you think orchestra's aren't for you, try Sinfonia Cymru! They perform all kinds of music.

This week they're on tour with Welsh folk icon Patrick Rimes (Calan, Vrï etc!) caru Patrick! Singer Ana Silvera and Oud player Saied Silbak. They're performing Songs We Carry, a calming and cwtchy concert. Who doesn't want that?

Tonight they'll be in Caerdydd at The Globe Cardiff, then next week they're at Mwldan in Aberteifi / Cardigan, Theatr Clwyd in Mold and Wiltshire Music Centre.

Sori bois! I’m sorry, but when it comes to marketing your business on social media - there’s no one size fits all, no golden rule or a quick fix.

My top tip is to stick to your strategy and only invest more time and money on your socials if it’s helping your business to grow.

If your just doing social media marketing for profile, and not for sales, you’re better off investing your time elsewhere…aka where your customers are.

💕Final day with the lovely team at Musicfest Aberystwyth today. My first time working on this Festival, and I’ve loved my role as Marketing and PR Consultant. Enjoyed working with the festival team and marketing team at Aberystwyth Arts Center. From pitching PR stories and organising press and media interviews to sorting ads, digital content, print and more, it’s been fab and am super proud of the results.

PS! If you’re in Aber betwern the 18-25 of July, go! There’s a world of concerts…from iconic tunes by Kate Bush to Mozart, jazz, Welsh music and poetry and more! All free for under 25’s too.

Dwi mor ddiolchgar am yr holl gefnogaeth ac i bawb sydd wedi helpu fi ar hyd y daith. Dwi byth yn cymryd dim yn ganiataol, dwi’n dal i ddysgu, ond dwi’n falch bo fi dal yma yn caru be dwi’n neud 💖

On International Womens Day 2020 I followed my dream of launching a businesses to help businesses and organisations with all their marketing and PR needs. Launching a business two weeks before Covid landed could have been a disaster, but the support from day one has been unreal.
