👋 Meet Dave! Our Chef de Partie and latest member of the kitchen team 👨‍🍳

Full of sarcasm, hardworking, and always up for a laugh, Dave has quickly become a great asset to the kitchen. During service, you’ll find him getting stuck into all sorts - from prepping canapés and desserts to getting the veg prepped and ready to go. He’s always happy to get stuck in wherever he’s needed! 🤩

In his spare time, Dave enjoys getting out in the garden and reading true crime novels! 📚

We had a fantastic time at The Old Stableyard at Heaton House Farm where we catered for an 80th birthday! 🎉

With its rustic vibe and blank canvas for decorating, it was the perfect venue to host such a special celebration. 🤩

Our delicious buffet went down a treat, with a gorgeous sandwich selection, sausage rolls, pasta salad and plenty more! 🥪✨

Our team were on hand to take care of the food, so our hosts could relax and enjoy the celebrations. 🎈
