Ingredients: Medjol Dates, Raw Vanilla Protein, Desiccated Coconut, Peanut Butter, Vanilla and Cinnamon

The Academy have an information meeting tomorrow(Tuesday) evening for anyone who would like to find out more on how the Academy works and see if it's right for you. Also, running along side the meeting is a talk on 'damage limitation' over the festive season - I'm going along and if any of my friends or Ninja Chef followers are interested drop me a line or see you there. Xx

New Maca Protein Balls and Post Workout Balls
Maca- superfood of the Inca Warriors, a root that belongs to the radish family from Peru An excellent source of vitamins B,C&E provides calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium and amino acids. Particularly good for helping balance hormone levels (not suitable for mums to be or breast feeding mums) said to boost libido, enhance fertility, help with anxiety and mood swings, help with skin issues as well as helping endurance and stamina. Think these may sell out quickly so I'll be making another batch today!

Ninja Power Balls
Wrong shaped balls for today but rugby balls proved a bit tricky!
New Ninja pre or post workout superfood snack. Loaded with Cacao, almonds, gluten free oats, coconut oil, almond butter, honey and maca powder.
Maca powder is from a root that belongs to the radish family from Peru and was used by Inca warriors before going into battle to increase strength and stamina, so perfect for a ninja session! Maca contains energy boosting compounds called macamides and macaenes. It also helps regulate hormone levels. Enjoy!
