We’ve been family owned and operated for six generations, growing from a small working farm to a place for families from all across the world to celebrate the most special of occasions. We still farm the land and raise a small number of animals to this day, all whilst hosting some of the most spectacular weddings imaginable, all year round. As a fully equipped, state-of-the art-event venue, Heaton House Farm has everything an engaged couple need to make their day perfect. It’s also the ideal place for corporate conferences, large events and sensational parties. Our award-winning events team and expert operations team oversee every little detail in the running of the farm and the events that take place here every day. We’ve got amazing facilities inside that blend seamlessly with the rustic exterior of our sandstone barns – including a beautiful bridal preparation room, luxurious underfloor heating and award-winning toilets. 🥳STAFF NIGHT🥳 Our fantastic team from Heaton House Farm,Stable Yard Catering and The Knot Inn, Rushton took a well deserved night off to celebrate the achievements over the past year! 🤩

Everyone arrived full of enthusiasm- without any idea what was in store 🤣 The surprise was soon revealed… a trip just up the road to Madrenaline Activity Centre where we had a (fiercely competitive🔥) night of team- building games, segway riding, axe throwing, air rifling, archery and plenty of laughter 😍

A huge thank you to Madrenaline Activity Centre for looking after us and Oak & Sage for keeping us well fed with some delicious food!🍽️

Although not all of our team could make it (August is a busy month!☀️) the evening reminded us of how close knit we are as a team and what we have all achieved together!💜

🎶🎹 RECOMMENDED SUPPLIER SHOWCASE - Liz Hendry Wedding Pianist 🎹🎶Looking to add some musical magic to your big day? Why not consider Liz Hendry, Wedding Pianist, the perfect choice to play you down the aisle or serenade your guests during drinks and canapés?

Liz brings not only beautiful live music but also a stunning portable white baby grand piano, which looks amazing in wedding photos. She’s also happy to perform outdoors when the weather allows!

With over 12 years of experience playing at weddings, Liz truly loves what she does. She says: 'It’s really wonderful to be able to add music to enhance special moments and provide the soundtrack to a beautiful day”

Liz began playing the piano and organ at just eight years old. By age 12, she was already performing in churches and at events every weekend. After earning her music degree in the 1990s, she worked as a primary school teacher... all while continuing to play at weddings and functions!
In 2013, Liz left teaching to pursue a full-time career in wedding music alongside her husband, Mark. Between them, they now play at an impressive 200 weddings per year!

'Every wedding is important to me, and I always give my best to every couple, as it is a once-in-a-lifetime moment for them. I love providing bespoke arrangements of songs so that my couples can feel that the music is a reflection of them and their relationship, which is so important.'

🎶Liz’s top tip:
'My top tip for a couple getting married is to always consider live music, especially for the ceremony, as an experienced musician can bring so much atmosphere and the music can be flexible to suit the timings, especially with regards to the entrance music.'
