A customer service announcement. We work really hard at running our costume side of the shop, but we cannot provide a back up service for the Internet, we are rarely able to provide walk in hires anymore, only pre booked. We are getting an increase in people who have been let down by the Internet, and then are rude to our staff, because we are unable, not unwilling to help with a hire. Either risk the Internet, or pre _ book with us, rudeness to our staff will not be tolerated.
