I’m back at The Brew Forest this Sunday with a Mexican-inspired menu and some proper weekend comfort food.

On the menu you'll find...

🍋 Italian lemon & herb chicken with panzanella salad, pickled pink onions & whipped feta

🥙 Lamb kofta with Mediterranean couscous, parsley salad, sumac onions & tzatziki

🥬 Greek spanakopita with Greek salad, tzatziki & lemon

🌶️ Marinated paprika chicken with a chorizo & butter bean salad, olives, roasted peppers & mojo rojo salsa

The Brew Forest opens from 2pm, I'll be serving food from 3pm, and there's no need to book - just grab a drink, find a spot in the sunshine and come hungry 🍻👨‍🍳

A little look at what I served up at a recent Sunday Lunch Club 👨‍🍳🔥

To start, whipped feta topped with watermelon, cucumber and a fresh herb salad, served with warm flatbread for scooping.

For the main event, a proper two-meat roast with all the trimmings - because Sunday lunch should always be done properly!

And for dessert, one of my personal favourites: Opera Noir. Layers of rich chocolate and coffee sponge, finished with a rum gel and a generous grating of chocolate.

🎉 The Brew Forest Festival is back this weekend! 🎉

I'm excited to be joining the team at The Brew Forest on Saturday 11th July for a fantastic day of food, drinks, live music and community spirit, all in support of SCARF ❤️

There'll be plenty going on throughout the day, with live music from Retro Grooves, Millie Claxton and We Are Robot, local vendors, great beer, and of course, I'll be there serving up some loaded flatbreads - swipe for the menu!

It's completely free to attend, so bring your friends, bring the family, and come along for what promises to be a brilliant day in the heart of the New Forest.
