 This is absolutely brilliant. The Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is so beneficial and backed by a strong evidence base. But sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start or you can feel a little self-conscious. This is a brilliant way of being gently guided through the process of passing and connecting. I can’t wait to try it out next weekend!

Forestry England have created a self-led trail by Symonds Yat Rock in the Forest of Dean.

We have demos, tours, plants, cream teas, craft stalls and flower sales on site. Enjoy a potter around our flower farm in good company; find out about our flower journey; feel inspired and try a locally made cream tea.

Unfortunately because we are working Farm, we cannot accept dogs on site.
