At Lutterworth Writers’ Group AGM last night, long term member and Treasurer, Sylvia Smith stood down from her role after 20 years.
Chair, Julie Hurn thanked Sylvia for her years of service and presented her with flowers and a card.

With just a couple of weddings still to go this year, our season is drawing to a close, but what a way to finish an amazing year of celebrations!

It meant the world to get this message from the bride the following morning.

This photo from earlier today really sums up why venues like the Town Hall are so important to the local economy.

These rolls came from our lovely friends at Miles Bakery were on the table within an hour of baking. The flowers came from Whites Florist Lutterworth who’ve worked on so many weddings with us this summer. The honey we used was harvested from Jonathan Bowcutts hives in Lutterworth. Our beef joints for roasting came from Joseph Morris Butchers. After dinner, the beans used to make that lovely coffee came from St Martin's Coffee Roasters in Foxton.

Picnic hampers are a fun and interesting way to serve guests their meal, especially when you have a backdrop as beautiful as this home, just outside of Lutterworth.

The stunning wedding cars just keep on coming to us here at the Town Hall! Take a look at this beautiful vehicle that pulled up last weekend.

Our gorgeous bride for the day really stole the show with her stylish entrance, making the most of the gorgeous sunshine we've had recently.
