Good afternoon

Suns out and so is traffic

We have had a continuous knock on effect of being late due to traffic issues today…..

None of us are perfect - please remember that

We set up at over 500 successful parties every year bringing laughter fun and enjoyment

To be late at no more than 10 out of 500 hires is very good considering we have no control on traffic

So ….. to conclude….

If you book with us in future

All times are approximately

Please don’t expect money back etc as it’s also unfair to us and we will not give late discount payment due to excessive traffic and delays

We work very hard and offer the Best bespoke equipment for miles, not budget equipment

It’s said now …. Enough is enough
We CANT force traffic to move ?

Also ALL hire balance payments MUST be paid via our Starling Business Bank account the night prior to your hire / unfortunately some customers seem to think we can work and they can pay at the end of their event / party …. This unacceptable.

At last the warm weather is here

Please remember……..

When you hire with us your outdoor delivery and collection times are as follows

Delivery 9am to 12midday

Collection 6pm to 8pm

You get a guaranteed 6 hour hire period

If you want a late collection then you will have to book overnight for an extra fee with collection around midday the following day

We cannot and will not stress ourselves out with everyone wanting early as possible for delivery and late as possible for collection

Your choice pay the extra fee or abide by our rules and times.
