We use freshly baked bread from Waltons, fresh meats from Wall and Francis Butchers. We make our own quiche , freshly bake the sausage rolls.
We also make all our own cakes.
Can adapt to your requirements.
Also cater for gluten free.

It’s good be doing buffets again and boy have we been busy this last few weeks.

So we thought it would be a good idea to let you know where we buy our bread etc from

We order in freshly baked bread & mini bridge rolls from Waltons on the day of the buffet so they are still warm when we get them. 👌
We get all our meats & scotch eggs from either Walls butchers or Francis butchers.
We only use butter in all buffet sandwiches.
We make all our own quiche, coleslaw and all the pasta and rice sauces.
We use Clun free range eggs.
This is just a small selection of what we do.
