✨ Wedding Feast Goals ✨

Last month, we had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding at The Barns at Delbury Hall, and the main course was a true reflection of the couple’s vision and taste.

After a personalised tasting session, we worked closely with the couple to adapt and refine the dishes they loved—bringing together their favourite elements to create a bespoke main course they truly adored.

🍽️ Pork Belly with glazed carrot & parsnip, creamy dauphinoise potatoes, and a rich red currant jus – a dish crafted just for them.
🌿 For vegetarian guests, we served our signature Wild Mushroom Risotto with a parmesan crisp and a touch of truffle dust – full of earthy, indulgent flavours.

It was a joy to help bring their dream menu to life 💍
