A range of popular beach and seafront parking destinations across the country were reviewed, and given a ranking based on the average cost for 4 hours parking, and its Google review ratings.

The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever – Gorleston
Join us for The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever, a joyful celebration of community, creativity, and inclusivity inspired by Kate Bush's iconic Wuthering Heights music video.
This is a wonderfully welcoming event where everyone is invited to take part, regardless of age, s*x, gender, race, religion, background, ability, or experience. Whether you're a lifelong Kate Bush fan or have never heard the song before, you'll be made to feel right at home.
Participants gather dressed in flowing red outfits to recreate the famous dance from the Wuthering Heights video. While wearing the traditional red dress adds to the fun and spectacle, it's completely optional. The most important thing is simply coming along and enjoying the experience.
Don't worry if you don't know the choreography either. We have a lead dancer who guides everyone through the routine, making it easy and enjoyable for complete beginners and seasoned dancers alike.
The event is all about laughter, connection, self-expression, and bringing people together in a positive and supportive atmosphere. It's a chance to let go, have fun, and be part of something truly memorable.
Attendance is completely free, and after the dance there will be a fantastic Kate Bush tribute performance for everyone to enjoy.
So gather your friends, wear red if you wish, and come along to be part of one of the most uplifting and inclusive events of the year.

With the kittiwake nesting season now well underway, our pressure washing and street-sweeping programmes continue across Lowestoft town centre.

As part of the Lowestoft Kittiwake Partnership, we have been carrying out regular cleans - twice per weekday, and once on Saturday to help manage the impact during this busy time for our local businesses and our kittiwakes.

We will continue our work throughout the season to help keep the town centre clean while supporting our nesting seabirds.
