The parties are organised by Simon Muldoon of Lynroys, he has been presenting/entertaining kids parties for over 20 years (still only 30ish!) and is fully CRB checked. Simon has an amazing ability to adapt and change the parties to suite all. From very shy 4 yr old princesses, to crazy 13 yr old boys. He also manages to entertain the parents at the same time with his own blend of comedy. Parents can join in as much as they wish, or just sit back and watch the kids having the best time. The Birthday Child is always the star of the show at a birthday party. All activities will be centered around that child. Simon will organize everything, incorporating within the party all the popular tunes and dance routines the children want to hear, and dance to, together with classic and our own games and competitions. The format is in keeping with the age of the children. Generally older children prefer more dancing. Simon will not just stand there playing inappropriate music, with no chat while the kids run riot like a normal DJ, we are interactive with them. Because so many children have been to previous parties at Lynroys, we like to try and treat each party different so they do not know what to expect. there is no set routine, one of the many skills in entertaining kids at a disco is to know when to play the right music, the right game or the right competition at the right time! This is done by asking the star of the party what they would like to do next?(with a little help)
Many parents cannot believe an entertainer can keep children happy, and content for for two or more hours. Simon Likes the undivided attention of the kids throughout the party! Also unlike others, we even entertain the kids while they are having their meal break. Serving their meal, drawing ketchup pictures, playing a pop, superhero or Disney princess competition and listening to the party stars choice of music. then getting everyone back on the dance floor. A playlist can be forwarded prior to the party.
