I specialise in handcrafting beautiful creations at my studio in the Forest of Dean. My work is inspired by my travels to India, animals, nature and vintage/interesting textiles. I enjoy experimenting with a variety of materials, traditional techniques and I love to up-cycle/recycle items or materials to give them a new lease of life. With average prices for accessories/individual pieces from £100-£1,200, complete outfits off the peg from £250-£2,000, made to measure from £950-£3,000, and complete bespoke designs from £3,000 the price is just as adaptable as the designs.

From Saturday 18th April until Sunday 10th May we will be celebrating our launch event.

Wow! How are we a full week into March already!?!
So, here’s a bit of a quick summary of what’s going on at the studio this month:

👗 The “off-the-peg” clearance sale will be continuing. There are still a few too many beautiful dresses to justify getting rid of them all just yet and I will reassess again at the end of the month.
🧼 There will be a 10% discount on our in-house dress cleaning service during March. So if you have a wedding dress waiting for a clean or freshen up, now is the perfect time to book it in.
👗 The new collections will be officially launching on the weekend of 28th & 29th March. The studio will be open for browsing on Saturday 28th March and private appointments are available to book on Sunday 29th.

There will be individual posts popping up over the next couple of weeks explaining all the exciting changes happening at Riverwood this season! Watch this space!

We have limited appointments remaining for the clearance sale this month, so be quick to secure yours online or contact me by phone or email.

All the sale dresses are priced from only £250-£950, and with an additional 20%off, this is a great opportunity for massive savings.

I hope you have all had a lovely Christmas break. Big changes ahead at the studio for 2026!
We are kicking off the new year with our biggest ever clearance sale. All gowns must go and prices are as low as £250-£950.
This is your last chance to grab an “off the peg” gown with us, as we are sadly closing this portion of the business once the majority of the stock is gone. So book your appointment early to have the best selection. When they are gone, they are gone!

Stay tuned for what the future looks like for Riverwood in 2026 - it’s the biggest and bravest change I have ever made. It is definitely time for a new and very different chapter.

Our bridal studio has diversified for the festive season and our pop-up Christmas shop is now open to all every Wednesday-Sunday, 10am-4pm until the 18th December. We are tucked away in a cozy studio in The Workshop Barn, at Harts Barn Craft Centre.

We have a selection of handcrafted and vintage treasures in stock, a fabric remnant sale for all you sewing enthusiasts and we are hosting a variety of festive craft and sewing workshops throughout December. These can be booked online via our website or call Jo on 07815715390. These workshops are suitable for any skill level. We will guide beginners through each step, and more experienced crafters can let their creativity run wild. A great session to enjoy a festive catch up with friends.

For a very limited time, we will also be offering handcrafted keepsakes made to order for Christmas. This order book will be closing on 1st December or when the spaces are all filled, so please get in touch if you have a special request.
