Eureka is a private members club open from 11am, 364 days of the year, with 23 acres of grounds, onsite parking for 75 cars, onsite accommodation, large dance floor, seating for 180 people, 60ft x30ft outdoor heated swimming pool (during the summer), and also a wet area in use at all times that features two 8 person jacuzzis, sauna and steam room. ertainly lives up to this reputation with it’s 23 acres of beautiful landscaped lawns, fields and woodlands where you can relax and laze around the tranquil grounds. Or take a stroll through the peaceful woodlands. We loved our first visit to Eureka.. Liberate yourself too, if you wish, as Eureka is a naturist venue so you will find people walking around naked enjoying the grounds, sunbathing naked in the fields or naked around the swimming pool or the spa area as well as clothed and partially clothed. So, you see, Eureka really is a place to visit or stay whatever your attire preference. Close to the clubhouse we have plenty of car parking spaces and parking is free of charge
Outside the clubhouse we have a large decking area for smokers. Here too are some tables and chairs for those who also would like to sit outside, maybe have a cup of tea, something to eat or just for a bit of fresh air and overlook the tranquillity of the top field. There is approximately 6 acres of historic and ancient woodland called Pennis Woods, within our grounds and it is a sanctuary to nature where various birds and squirrels home along with a few owls and even a woodpecker. Take a woodland walk through here and explore the path that leads from the top field. Discover at least 10 areas to rest and listen to the relaxing sounds of nature. There are also 2 fields of which the first, top field, is the home to the clubhouse, all of our cabin accommodation and the heated outdoor swimming pool. During the warmer days you will find people sitting outside the cabins or sitting on the grass enjoying the friendliness of fellow Eureka members or sunbathing hoping to attract the suns rays. The second field, bottom field, is approximately 5 acres of meadow situated on a steep hill which overlooks the adjoining farmlands in the distance. Here too you will find people socialising or sunbathing. So, once you have walked the fields or the woodlands why not sit and meet some friends, new or old, indoors or outdoors and enjoy all that Eureka has to offer. Every evening event has a different ambience but they are still a great way of meeting new and like minded people. So for those who like to meet and greet old friends as well as hopefully making new ones, or for the first time Eureka goers, the music is kept to background level to allow you to chat and to socialise with each other and hopefully aid your relaxation and enjoyment of Eureka.
